GOTO GOSUB I discovered this album after "Music For Code" was featured in episode 218 of Beyond Synth. Favorite track: Music for Code.

Vex Phoenix A beautiful record, with a variety of different catchy styles. I often have different tracks coming into my head at different times, very punchy to start and becomes chill and trancy, while never dropping the twisted techy feel. Fantastic stuff. As the title suggests, great for coding; this album has co-fathered a number of my student programs. Favorite track: Make the Symbols Work.

Callum R. Macdonald Not a coder but a conlanger, and this is still a soothing companion for drawing up ever-expanding diachrony spreadsheets in the wee hours. The best of Nervous Testpilot: lots of space and lots of warmth all steered by good melody.

about

I wanted to explore some different directions for an electronica-style sound without the constraints of writing a soundtrack. These tracks were produced during and after the Frozen Cortex soundtrack.
